The UK patent forSuper Tadalafil, or Tadalafil, expired on 18th January 2022. Other pharmaceutical products will still be available to prescriptions, particularly in the UK, but there are limited options available.
Super Tadalafil is a new prescription medication which has the same active ingredient (Tadalafil) as Cialis, Cialis C20, Cialis G20 and Cialis 20mg. Super Tadalafil should not be used in patients with a current intolerance to the following gastrointestinal side effects: Crohn’s disease; Colitis and related inflammatory diseases; Dizziness or faintness when rising from a lying or sitting position; and Parotitis. Avoid taking Super Tadalafil if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking other medicines containing nitrates, as this may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Men taking medicines for the heart dependent on Super Tadalafil may be advised to consult their doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions about your medicine. Other medicines and dosage of Super Tadalafil include any medicines currently available over the counter.
Super Tadalafil should not be used in men with a past of heart problem or heart valve problem, or if they are pregnant or breastfeeding, or in any other breastfeeding states.
Do not take Super Tadalafil if you have or have had erection problems (such as low blood pressure, particularly due to the fact that high blood pressure is a serious health concern in men), or any recent heart problem or heart attack in the past 2 weeks. Super Tadalafil may increase the risk of heart attack and stroke in men who are 65 years and older.
Do not take Super Tadalafil if you have an erection problem, have ever been advised to do so by a doctor, or are allergic to Tadalafil. Inform your doctor if you have any previous heart, prostate, liver or kidney disease, or if you were previously taking nitrates, or recently had a stroke or heart attack during peri- or concomitant chemo.
